Quechee Lakes Resort Fee Structure:
Prices include the 6% VT Sales Tax
Annual Assessment = $3,350.00 (runs Nov. 1, 2006 to October 31, 2007)
• this fee is applied toward the maintenance of the common facilities located throughout the 5,200 acres of the resort and management of the resort amenities and administration. (this fee is a mandatory requirement of all members)
All Inclusive Amenities Package: (runs April 1, 2006 to March 31, 2007) Entitles member to unlimited use all facilities including Golf, Driving Range, Ski, Tennis, Health Club and Pool amenities ( the fitness package is also free with the All Inclusive Package). These fees are optional.
1. Family = $2,615.00 (primary member, spouse/co-member, children age 23 and under)
2. Single = $1,635.00 (primary member or spouse or co-member)
Pricing for Individual Amenity Packages:
Golf Package = $2,050.00 (Family) or $1,275.00 (Single) Includes primary member, spouse or co-member, children age 23 and under Unlimited use
Tennis Package = $425.00 (Family) or $265.00 (Single) Includes primary member, spouse or co-member, children age 23 and under Unlimited use
Ski Package = $450.00 (Family) or $275 (Single) Includes primary member, spouse or co-member, children age 23 and under Unlimited use
Fitness Package = $300.00 (Family) or $185.00 (Single) Includes primary member, spouse or co-member, children age 23 and under Unlimited use
Food Minimum: $400.00 (Runs April 1, 2006 to March 31, 2007)
Food purchased at any dining or service facility counts towards the food minimum. This includes the Grille Room, Clubhouse Deck, Clubhouse Main Dining Room, Murphy Farm House, Base Lodge, 10th Tee Snack Bar and the mobile snack cart.
Meals that are included as part of QLLA-sanctioned golf tournaments will not be applied towards the food minimum. However, food purchased by the tournament participant for a guest or family member will count toward the minimum.
Alcohol purchases do not count towards the food minimum…. Imagine if they did, you could blow through $400 pretty quick! Non-alchoholic beverage purchases do count toward the food minimum.
If you purchase a non –QLLA designated event, such as a wedding, private party or company retreat, your food purchases will count towards the minimum.
Food minimum balances are non-transferable from member to member or from year to year.
Food purchases will be billed monthly and your monthly statements will indicate your unspent balance.
Notables: Members who choose the All Inclusive or Fitness Amenity Packages will be allowed to bring up to 10 (ten) family guests or regular guests with them to the pools at not additional cost. If these same 10 (ten) guests plan to use the Health Club, they would be required to pay the $8.00 daily use fee per person.
Amenities Packages are optional. Members who do not purchase an Amenities Packages can still utilize the amenities. However, they must pay the daily use rate applicable to members.
